User Interface

- Logo (top left corner) - The Hana image might vary based on your active plan.
- Hana production version (Top center) - Hana’s current production version.
- Profile Icon (Top right corner) - Contains user profile details and a sign-out option.
- Notification (Beside profile icon) - View the Latest notifications/updates.
- Hana customization bar (on the left) - Contains all the options that will help you customize Hana, learn about Hana, and get help.
- Terms and Conditions (Botton center) - Parent company name, privacy policy and terms of service CTA.
1. Overview
- In this option, you will see your and your organization's Hana usage.

- In the first row, you will see the total count of groups integrated with Hana, users authenticated with Hana, interactions with Hana, and the organization's interaction with Hana.
- Then below it in 2nd row, you will see the total count of each command used by your organization.
- In 3rd and last row you will see a graphical representation of you and your organization's interaction count with Hana. You can also select the start/end date to view counts of any particular period.
2. Memory

In this option, you can add any info to Hana’s memory or you can see what’s in Hana's memory

In this section, you will see two tabs general memory and Google doc memory.

In general memory, you can add any information that you feel is very useful and you will need it anytime. so you can add it to Hana’s memory and when whenever you need that info you can ask here.

This can be done in 2 ways through workspace using /memory command or through Hana dashboard through create memory cta.
